October 1st:
We have finally put our code together and have almost completed one of our parking scenarios, parallel parking. Currently the code just needs to be more fine tuned so it parks into the space better.
Another change to our project was our servo motor. Instead of buying online Edwin was able to go to skycraft and buy a servo unit with metal teeth instead of the typical plastic teeth we get from online. What was occurring before was the teeth would begin to strip in our car which would cause major steering issues. With this servo motor it looks like it could last a lot longer, and gives us better results.
The video below demonstrates were we are currently with parallel parking.
