Week 6

We met with Professor Ejaz on the East campus to discuss how things were developing. We discussed that we were trying to figure out all the materials we would need to get the project done. Edwin and Ryan came up with an Ardunio Mega, Adafruit Motorshield for servo and motor control, a car with all the necessary accessories, and ultrasonic senors for determining the how close the car is to an obstacle.

We then discussed how to simulate the arduino and sensors before we had the items actually obtained. Professor Ejaz mentioned to look at pspice to possibly simulate the arduino. However for the meantime we have decided to stick with Tinkercad since it allows us to simulate everything easily and edit the code needed for the arduino.

We left our meeting with agreement that we needed to start ordering our parts.
